I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms offering lovely mountain views from a good-sized balcony. The service was fantastic, especially from Lisa, who was incredibly caring and accommodating. The location was fantastic, providing access to numerous saunas and other amenities. The dining experience was authentic and delightful, particularly the beef hash in rosti. However, the room service seemed a bit overworked, and the size of the location was a bit small.
